Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Preorders from Infinite Light Creations are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.

Full payment is collected once at checkout. There are no recurring charges.

Because preorder and made-to-order items are produced specifically for each order, they cannot be canceled for change of mind, sizing, color preference, or other non-defective reasons, except where required by applicable law.

Estimated production and shipping timelines are shown on each preorder product page. If Infinite Light Creations is unable to fulfill your preorder, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@infinitelightcreations.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos.
