Thank you for supporting Infinite Light Creations. Each item we offer is created or produced with care, and we want you to feel confident with every purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, color preference, or other non-defective reasons.

This policy applies to our handmade, made-to-order, preorder, personalized, and print-on-demand products unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@infinitelightcreations.shop.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

We will review the claim and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

4. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an incorrect, damaged, or defective item for which Infinite Light Creations is responsible.
